If we do not provide this information to you prior to the conclusion of the contract, or thereafter, in good time and in any event you may exercise your right to cancel within the period of three months beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the information. However, if this information is not supplied at all, then the right to withdraw can be exercised for up to three month and seven days, commencing the day following that on which the goods were received. In the unlikely event that you aren't satisfied, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or an exchange.
Your purchase can be refunded or exchanged for another item. Once it's received, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days after being reviewed by our Quality Control department.

Returning an Item
To return the product to The Memorial Garden, Please follow our three step process:

Contact us by email (using the "Contact Us" button) and wait for an e-mail that will detail your personal code and our customer service address.
Re-package your item in the original box, and send it along with your code to the Importech Customer Service address (detailed on your return e-mail).
